This wine was cold macerated prior to its alcoholic fermentation for a gentle extraction of tannins and flavors.  Rich texture with deep raspberries, spice and floral aromas that linger on the mouth.  Ripe tannins give this wine a medium texture and a pleasant finish marked by red fruits.

  

Yellow with golden highlights this wine blends tropical fruit such as pineapple with toasted hazelnut aromas from the French oak aging and is fermented in stainless steel.  In the mouth it has a rich and voluminous attach with citric aromas and vanilla persisting throughout the pleasant finish.

  

This merlot has well-integrated notes of black pepper, raspberry and vanilla.  Lively red color and supple tannins hold together in the long, focused finish.

Sauvignon Blanc: This wine was produced with cold-macerated grapes fermented in stainless steel and bottled young in order to conserve their fresh citric and floral aromas.  Hinting of grapefruit and peach, this wine is beautifully balanced with bright acidity and delicate body.

  

Chardonnay Reserva:  Whole cluster pressing allows us to capture the fruity essence of a fine Chardonnay.  This polished, oak-fermented wine is richly textured, mixing notes of apple and ripe pineapple, complemented by vanilla and toasted hazelnut aromas.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva: Aged in French Oak for ten months, this full-bodied Cabernet offers a complex mixture of berry, tobacco and black pepper aromas.  Ripe tannins give this wine a long life.

Merlot Reserva: The sunny days and night breezes of the Aconcagua Valley help our Merlot to reach a perfect state of ripeness.  This smooth, velvety textured wine pleasantly integrates notes of cherry, cedar and spices and lingers to a tasty fruity finish.
